Photograph of cinderblocks over the windows. When the store was originally Voertman's, these cinderblocks acted as light diffusers. Because the building has a flat roof and no attic, a hole was drilled into the wall for the wiring to go into the building.<br /> <br /> There would have been some type of light source that was placed either inside or over the top of the cinderblocks.
