Soil Conservation Service Site 16 Reservoir.
Description
This photo was taken after two days of rain at North Lakes Park. What you are seeing is a view of the reservoir on the west side by Bonnie Brae, however, the water levels had overridden the park and come within 100 feet from the road. It also covered the iron bridge, the U-shaped road, and the smaller pedestrian bridge.
