This is a photograph of the Beaumont Mood pendant light fixtures that hang along the corridor of the City Hall building in Denton, Texas. There are eight in this photo.
A row of cone-shaped pendant lamps inside City Hall. All have bisque-fired to Cone 04 and have a band of dark brown matte finish at the top which matches the hardware.

The first photo shows the newly added extension to the Emily Fowler Library which was designed by O'Neil Ford and added in 1969. The second view was taken after the building was expanded in 1980-81 to include an upper level.

The entrance to the courtyard was through the door in the back of the teen area. Adults and young children were not permitted.<br />

In the photo, three young ballerinas are posing in the courtyard.
The courtyard was designed by O'Neil Ford to match other key elements of the library such as brick courtyard, the concrete lattice, and the wooden pergola.

After the 1968 renovation, the library began purchasing reproductions of famous sculptures from Alva Museum Replicas, Inc. of New York for customers to check out. This piece is one of them.

This extra pendant lamp is being used as a container to hold old blueprints. It was made in 1980 for the library's third expansion which added a second level to the building.
