Cast stone sculpture entitled "Ecce Homo" by artist Octavio Medellín.<br />

The sculpture was purchased by the Denton Parks, Recreation, and Beautification Board from the Russell Tether Fine Art Gallery as public art in 2012 at a cost of $5,000.<br />
<br />
It is a 45 3/4" tall cast stone sculpture and has a base of 10 1/2" x 11 7/8". The sculpture was completed in 1940.<br />

Medellín was a former faculty member of UNT

Three skylights illuminate the stairs into the City Council Chamber of City Hall in Denton, Texas.

Another one overlooks an alcove that overlooks the courtyard facing west.

These ten wall sconces align the inner courtyard on the west side of City Hall.
They were designed and made by Beaumont Mood for O'Neil Ford in the late 1960s.

In February of 2024, all of the sconces were removed for cleaning.

One of the original leaded glass windows from the 1948 building was preserved and framed. It no longer hangs over this window, but is temporarily stored.
This leaded glass window was once part of the original library that was built in 1949. During the 2002-2004 renovations, the window was removed and mounted. It now hangs inside the library.

This mural was the first one at this location and was replaced around 2015 by another. It features a field of flowers and wraps around the concrete retaining wall on the northwest corner of Bell and Sherman.<br />
