This is a photo taken from the ground of the stick wall on the top of City Hall which acts as a screen for the flat roof.

These ten wall sconces align the inner courtyard on the west side of City Hall.
They were designed and made by Beaumont Mood for O'Neil Ford in the late 1960s.

In February of 2024, all of the sconces were removed for cleaning.
