It was purchased in 2012 from the David Dike Fine Arts Gallery at a cost of $750 as public art for the City of Denton. It currently resides inside the North Branch Library on the wall near the children's program room.

This photo was taken under the pergola at City Hall on the east side of the courtyard, facing west.<br />

The building was designed by Texas architect O'Neil Ford.
The pergola, designed by architect, O'Neil Ford, runs along the north and west sides of the courtyard at Denton City Hall.
